I'm excited to have the pleasure and opportunity to create the ultimate boutique real estate service that will provide over the top marketing and new ideas for my clients.
I will be using Internet technology for maximum exposure to showcase listings and provide the latest cutting edge service for buyers.
Lizette Realty is the crown jewel of my career plan.
My website, blogs and newsletter have been supporting parts and now the new real estate company is the main gear to accelerate to maximum speed.
Many of you that have been receiving this newsletter for a few years, have seen some of the changes as my business has been expanding.
Our readership is growing in leaps and bounds. Being a principal broker of my own real estate company has been a big part of my dream.
I always feel that things happen as they are supposed to and problems that come up are learning tools. It's not always a bad thing that a deal falls through or that the home inspection uncovers a nightmare. These things happen so you will find something better. It's destiny.
I do feel that 2009 is going to be our best year in that we reach out to others and do our best work. I want to thank you for continuing to be supportive as I work the kinks out of my operation in the next few days and weeks... soon I will have everything rolling smoothly.
My plan for Lizette Realty is not to be the biggest real estate company... but just be the best!
