So...what you plan to do with your new year?
Do you feel it's a time to start something new? Or will you stick with the old tried and true.
As you can see from my picture...we've come a long way baby!
What if we still had to go out in the cold to use one of these outhouses.
Aren't you glad that someone decided that some changes needed to be made?
Improvements are all around us.
With out ideas to make things better, we would never be the technology fanatics we are today.
A cell phone might have been the phone we used if we were in jail for the night. Only one call...make it a good one!
This year has a good chance of improvement over the last one.
See what you can do to look into what you want and take the steps to get there. It may be only one step away.

WoW, been a long time since I have seen an outhouse. Nice.
Steven - I couldn't resist taking this shot of these two. Brings back memories of spending the night at my girlfriend's house deep in the country. I was freaked out to go out in the night to use their outhouse!
Lizette--Brings back memories of my cousins' lake cabin...They had his and hers signs too...One door, two seats. Hated having to go out there in the middle of the night in the summer. Can't imagine winter! Brrrrrr.
Lizette, Great pic of an awesome out house. have a joke that is too much to put on a public site to attract potential business. love the signs too LOL
Lizette,
I will be mixin' a lotta new with some of the old to keep things energized.
Teri - I couldn't even image going out there in the cold!
David - I loved the signs too!
Don - I'll be working on that today and for the near future. Exciting actually!
We still have to deal with the 'ol holes in the ground for boyscout trips... Fun Fun Fun!
Great post Lizette... it could be titled:"grow with the times or poop in the cold"!
Liz,
I am of such an age that I remember as a kid using those when we visited relatives in Saskatchewan Canada. That would have been late 50's or early 60's. It was not all that pleasant.
Lizette, Great Post, In the Mountains of Va were I was raised the old Out House is still around!! I can remember when my Grandmother had a bathroom added to her home, when I was a very, very, young child. We have come a long way!!!
