It's that time of year in Kentucky when we adults (well... some of us that never grew up) start planning our Halloween costumes.
This holiday is as big as Christmas around here. The house decorating is competitive and so are the costumes.
Just in case you are on the fence with what your costume will be this year... I have a video that will help with your decision.
So...There's no good excuse for you not to find something that fits your personality in this short clip of ideas.
Picking out a costume shouldn't be so difficult.
Here are some prize winning ideas.
P.S. Be sure to post here which costume you liked the best and why.

I buy costumes and then send them off to family members. I wouldn't be caught dead (no Halloween pun intended) in a costume, but I do my part for the holiday. :)
You should see our family's "worst Christmas sweater" contest!
Have fun!
Watermelon? You I like watermelon it's my wifes' favorite so to keep peace in da family I'll be a watermelon, yup, watermelon!!
Lizette - thanks for that, enjoyed the video. Not much for fruit and veggie costumes, now maybe going as a piece of sushi.......
Well we are not going all out on the decorations but we are having a grand party!
your friend in Charlottesville!
Lizette, that has got to be the funniest thing I've seen all morning! Thanks for the laugh. Too darn cute! Love, C. ;-)

Okay people, you have got to click that link. Seriously! Even the Minion Blur liked it. We're playing it again. What neat accents. :-)
Lizette--There aren't too many halloween parties for adults in MN...My kids used to love this holiday. We made costumes every year...I think their favorite was when one was a ghostbuster and the other was the staypuf marshmellow man! Of the video, I would vote watermelon but note that the grape is a plum...now a bunch of purple balloons attached to it would make grapes but that guy was just a plum. :)
Good morning Lizette! What are you hiding behind the glasses?? I have to say I never dressed as a fruit or a veggie.... I just posted on one of my costumes: http://activerain.com/blogsview/746406/Do-you-have-a-fun-Halloween-story-I-do
Have a great weekend.

123 - Aren't those Christmas sweaters horrendous?? Who invented those ugly things?
Don - You'd make a great watermelon!
Mike - Yep! Sushi would be a good costume although you can't grow that in the garden.
Charles - A party would be fun!
Carolyn - I've watched it quite a few times and I laugh every time! Thanks for the feature!
Teri - That's good to know about the grape.
Rob - It's my secret agent look. I love sunglasses!
I am not into Halloween, but the redneck video was a hoot! I think his cousin lives in Sevierville, TN!
Connie - I went to Mt. Sterling October Court Day today with Nancy. We saw a guy from Pigeon Forge that did caricatures. Hope you are enjoying your weekend.
Lizette, that was a lot of fun. I re-blogged it. Thank you for the laughs.
Stephen - Thanks for the reblog!
For me a halloween costume has to catch my eye before i will wear it.
