Tomorrow, I will be touring the downtown condos and lofts in Lexington Kentucky. The photography opportunities are endless.
I find myself leaning more and more toward the clean lines of a modern loft. Many people are making their homes in the new buildings in the heart of the city. It's nice to see new homes created along with new stores. Teresa Boardman's pictures are always exquisite! Love her attention to detail!
Sometimes I just have too much fun. Lofts are fun to photograph. They have huge windows and a lot of light. I like to take my property shots using natural light. I warm up the photo or cool it down by adjusting the temperature when I process it.
It is possible to take a small loft and get ten or more photos of it. The trick is to mentally divide it into seperate spaces. Maybe there is a desk in the corner so I will shoot it seperatly and just show the area around the desk. For this loft I have 20 photos.
Taking pictures of rooms is a huge challnege, I find most anything to be easier to shoot than a room. When this one is put on the market I will incude a link with more information about it, just in case the general pbulic really does look at active rain.

Hey Lizette, enjoyed the photos very much! So much more interesting to me that RE!! Really would like to plan a trip to have lunch with you one day.
Hi Susie! Thanks! You are welcome for lunch over here anytime. Just let me know.
Lizette,
Cool photos. They make the places look very appealing.
The greatest thing about lofts is the light...and the feng shui. When you have a large open space, the "good" energy can circulate. And, good energy when well-supported is able to keep the "bad" energy under control...so we all win.
Beautiful pics.
