Ramsey's Weather Forecasting Stone - Lexington KY
I love to have lunch at Ramsey's in Lexington KY.
My usual location is the one near Woodland Park. I had taken my assistant, Jane to lunch and as we sat out on the patio we noticed this sign.
Today the stone would be wet. Lots of rain today.
Also the food at Ramsey's is down home good.
My favorite meal here is the vegetable plate with creamed corn, fried green tomatoes, creamy cole slaw and kale. YUM!
Everything is fresh from the garden and you can't beat the prices or the friendliness of the staff.
Be sure to get the Ramsey's sweet tea too. Top it off with a piece of pie from Missy's Pie Shop next door. Awesome meal that is the real deal!

I think a first year student figured it out quick. Pretty simple technique and acurate! It was great to "hear" you too! I made sure I had fun today...hope you did as well.
Sounds like my kind of place. Do they have sweet tea? When I travel and ask for sweet tea I just hate it when the waitress looks at me like... "what?" when I ask if they have sweet tea. I love a good veggie plate and fried green tomatoes... yum. In fact Sunday I made a green tomato cake. And oh my gosh it was good, if I say so myself.
Tammy, now you will need to leave the recipe for that green tomato cake...my readers will all want to know.
Oh my, I just got home and was a little hungry... now I'm starving. Sounds like my kind of place. Thanks for the review.

The food sounds good to me too but I really love that weather sign. Creativity scores high hear!
Didn't know I had a pie shop at Ramseys in Lexington. Gosh it has been awhile...need to stop by and see if it is runniing good.

Lizette, I LOVE RAMSEY'S, My husband introduced me to Ramsey's a few years ago when we were dating!! I love the zucchini burgers!!! Now I'm getting hungry just talking about it!!
