Downtown Lexington KY Lofts and Condos
This year I have spent some time exploring the condos and lofts available in downtown Lexington KY.
The clean lines of contemporary and modern are really looking good to me. What is interesting is that as more people become with familiar with modern design through HGTV shows, it is becoming mainstream.
In Lexington KY it clearly is a classic design type of area. Slowly this modern type of architecture is gaining popularity. It's even made me an admirer. I'm starting to appreciate and admire it. My style has been Bohemian/eclectic up to now! My next move might be to the downtown condos or lofts.
There is something for everyone and the convenience of being in the heart of the city is intoxicating.
If you are looking for something new in the way of housing, there are some good buys in real estate downtown Lexington KY.
More people are thinking of moving to the city that work nearby. With gas prices and the cost of living it will be the trend of the future.

What is great about many of these lofts and condos are the high ceilings, stainless steel appliances and fixtures.
Most every downtown Lexington KYunit I toured had granite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms.
Also, the darker hardwood floors seemed to give the lofts a rich and warmer feel.
There There will be numerous factors that you will have to weigh when deciding what floor plan of the lofts or condos might work best for you.
Take time to tour different ones to see which ones offer the most amenities and are close to work or the city transit system in downtown Lexington KY.
