In the past three days, my client and I have been traveling the roads in Paris KY looking at Kentucky Horse Farms For Sale. Bourbon County has a plethora of gorgeous farms.

Right next door in Lexington Kentucky, it is considered "The Horse Capital of The World."
Horse buyers from all over the world come to Lexington to buy horses at the Keeneland Sales and jet them back to horse farms in other countries.
In 2010 the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games will be at the Kentucky Horse Park.
This event will be the largest equestrian event ever planned in the United States and it will be the first time held outside of Europe
We took our time and wandered around pristine barns and lush paddocks with black plank fencing. Many of the Bourbon County thoroughbreds were enjoying the cooler than normal July to stretch out in the sun. Many weanlings were playing and investigating their new world of wall to wall bluegrass.

I thought of you today. I just did an inspection for a lady moving here from Lexington, Kentucky.
Steven - Wow! That's a long trip to move to Washington!
Lizette - only in Kentucky can you go from Paris to Versaille to Monterey and to London without crossing any borders. I love Bourbon County, with all the horse farms, and a couple of good golf courses.

Yes, I think the lady originally came from Seattle, spent her time with the feds and is moving back this way.
