Kentucky Horse Farms FOR SALE! Lexington KY Real Estate

Kentucky horse farm Lexington KY Thoroughbreds 859-979-2834 Lizette Realty Lizette FitzpatrickIt's the stuff dreams are made of. A Kentucky horse farm is a fabulous piece of property and some are for sale.

Many people I speak with that relocate from other states tell me that a Kentucky horse farm is something they have always dreamed of.

We spend hours touring the ones within their price range until they find just the right fit for their equestrian needs.

The smaller ones start at 5 acres and larger farms may have more ammenities like training tracks and exercise rings or buildings for extra storage.

In Kentucky our lives revolve around these beautiful horses and their needs. Lexington  Kentucky is the "Horse Capitol Of The World".

In the area surrounding Lexington there are many nice farms availble for sale. A few may be leased.

In 2010 the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games will be at the Kentucky Horse Park.

This event will be the largest equestrian event ever planned in the United States and it will be the first time held outside of Europe.

Many of these farms will be sold before this event takes place to horse lovers that plan to make Kentucky their home.

Kentucky horse farms are unique in that horses grow stronger here because of the limestone in the water and fields. Studies show that it seems to make bones harder and horses that are born here have an advantage to become superior on the racetrack. It takes heart and good bloodlines also.

Next year, right before the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games it might be hard to find one at a good price.

Yes, living on a Kentucky horse farm may be a dream of yours but it can be  a reality now while prices are reasonable.

Lizette Realty can assist you with the research, appointments, touring, inspections, offer to contract and closing on the farm of your choice.

Lizette - We have a number of Horse Farms available here in Whatcom County, WA! Love that Blue Blood! On one of our many trips across the country, we drove through Kentucky's high country, and the Blue Blood areas. I fell in love! What a lucky gal you are to be amidst such stunning geography! Cheers, doll!

Lizette, those are awesome photos.  Bluegrass country is beautiful and I'm sure this will sell.  Maybe you will be lucky and sell something to the new UK coach! (smile)

Lizette, I went out today to get pictures of some of the colts and couldn't cross Versailles road for the Keeneland traffic!  Everyone wants to be at the track on such a beautiful day.

Love the picture!
